Privacy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

In short
  • No accounts, no cookies, no ads, and no tracking across other websites.
  • Your game progress stays in your own browser. We never receive it.
  • We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and only shows totals.
  • Like any website, the services that deliver the page and the map see your IP address.

Who runs Streetspot

Streetspot is an independent hobby project. Questions or requests about privacy: streetspot101@gmail.com.

What is saved on your device

The game saves its own data in your browser's local storage, so your progress survives a reload: today's flight, your stats and streak, and your settings (difficulty, day/night theme, free-flight options). If you dismiss the in-app-browser notice, that is remembered until you close the tab. None of this is sent to us or anyone else. It never leaves your device.

Because it's stored per browser, a different browser or device starts fresh. To delete it, clear this site's data in your browser settings.

Streetspot does not set cookies.

Visit statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across websites. We only see aggregate numbers, such as page views per day, the referring website, country, browser and device type. We cannot identify individual visitors.

Services that deliver the game

When you open Streetspot, your browser connects to these services. Like any web server, they receive your IP address and basic request details (such as browser type) to send you the files:

The fonts are hosted on our own site, so no font service such as Google Fonts is contacted.

Sharing your result

The Share button only copies your result text, or opens your phone's own share menu. Nothing is sent to us. Where it goes is up to you.

Legal basis and your rights

We process the minimal technical data above because of our legitimate interest in running the game and understanding how many people use it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We don't keep any personal data ourselves. You can contact us at the address above to ask about your data, to object, or to request deletion. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes

If Streetspot starts using other analytics or services, this page will be updated first, and we'll ask for your consent wherever the law requires it.
